Job Description
Liechty Homes owns and operates manufactured housing dealerships and communities across North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota. Known for its exceptional reputation and commitment to its employees and customers, Liechty Homes relies on its Office Managers as its local representative for community outreach, employee engagement, and business success.
The Office Manager position is primarily responsible for the management of local office operations. These include management of staff schedules, recruiting, expense management, and coordination of service requests. While some of the roles within Liechty Homes include a matrixed management structure, the Office Manager is the local manager and holds staff accountable for the proper execution of their responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example in support of Liechty Homes company culture
Review budgets and sales forecasts with senior management to ensure profitability Timely and accurate filing of home sales paperwork
- Fill gaps as needed to ensure that operations are maintained despite staffing shortages
- Compile and deliver timely reports on operations for senior management
- Recruit, hire, and retain the best possible employees for each role within the office
- Train employees on company process and expectations for their role
- Oversee office operations, manage employee schedules, and drive accountability
- Support the leadership of remote managers with local direct reports (some roles have matrix management)
Identify opportunities to increase revenue, decrease costs, and expand office operations Engage with the local community to build upon the Liechty Homes reputation
Qualifications
- 5 years of management experience
- 3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and discuss financial statements
- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
- Self-disciplined, highly motivated, high energy person who persists despite any obstacle
- Exceptional self-aware, time management skills
- Interest in challenging yourself and exceeding your own expectations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
