Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consumer Profile Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting consumer data to develop customer profiles that will inform our marketing and business strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and excellent technical skills, including the ability to build reports in Consumer Profile Dashboards using PowerBI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analyze data to develop detailed customer profiles that include demographics, psychographics, and buying behavior
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify key business objectives and develop strategies that align with customer profiles
- Proficient with stacks such as SQL and Python
- Use data analysis tools such as Excel to manipulate and analyze large data sets
- Familiarity with relational data warehouse such as Oracle, MySQL
- Create visualizations such as graphs, charts, and dashboards using PowerBI to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders
- Continuously update customer profiles based on new data and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve problems related to consumer data and analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, data science, marketing, or business
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, consumer research, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with programming in Python and SQL
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques such as regression analysis, cluster analysis, and factor analysis
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-pace environment
- Ability to collaborate with other teams and share data insights
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools
