We are currently seeking a Client Services Coordinator that will effectively work within our company culture, which is described as being family-friendly, supportive, transparent, and treats employees as we would want employees to treat our clients. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday from 8:00-4:00pm. The pay rate is $18-21/hour based on experience.

Job Duties:
- Responsible for answering a multi-line phone system with daily monitoring of general voicemail box and distribution of messages among departments
- Corresponds with families and take referrals for all departments through through multiple methods (phone call, website submissions, online medicaid waiver portal, etc.) and completes department referral tracking once referrals are obtained
- Manages direct communication and onboarding of referrals for departments, including obtaining client documents and scheduling intakes and evaluations
- Actively supports departments by maintaining client appointments, client/therapist correspondence, attendance records, and policy implementation
- Maintains rapport with service team members and acts as a resource for services within the company
- Responsible for documentation collection and uploading as necessary, including processing medical records requests from outside entities
- Assists in problem solving any concerns regarding implementation and effectiveness of policies as it relates to client coordination
- Assists members of the leadership team in acting as a liason between referrals, clients, client families, client team members and leadership.
- Assists with insurance related client needs such as benefits verification, authorizations, and appeals.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by leadership team or supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance with $50,000/$100,00 bodily injury and liability limits
Preferred:
- Administrative experience preferably in a healthcare environment
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Microsoft office proficient
