Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and a passion for providing quality care to patients.
This is a Travel Position. 50 miles rule
Duties
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist nursing staff with medical procedures as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
Experience
- Experience in inpatient, memory care, assisted living, hospice care, or home community care is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Ability to phlebotomize is an advantage
- Previous experience working with children or caregiving experience is beneficial
Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Travel nursing
Pay: $28.54 - $31.04 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
