What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Coordinator position at Q Consulting?
As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the PMO Data Program, PMO Manager and Data Project Managers through resource coordination, compiling reports, communications, budget aggregation and reporting.
- Support the PMO Manger in producing weekly and monthly updates on project and program status.
- Schedule meetings, take notes and document decisions and actions.
- Assist with ensuring timelines are met and update Project Managers as appropriate when decisions or actions are delayed.
- Maintain program artifacts, as directed. These include, but not limited to, timelines, resource plans, and risks/issues log.
- Provide support in Program Increment Planning.
- Review timecards to ensure accurate financial reporting and resource assignment.
- Compile presentations, as needed.
- Aggregate project budgets to inform program budget for the Data and PMO leadership team.
- Maintain Data Program SharePoint site.
- Provide weekly Portfolio execution summary report compilation to PMO leadership.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree: demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Two years' experience with program/project coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Advanced Excel experience: formulas, pivot tables.
