We are seeking a Help Desk Technician II to join our team in Palm Harbor, Florida. This role involves providing both onsite and remote help desk support, managing IP Telephony, and handling various aspects of network, Microsoft 365 Services, and Azure Virtual Desktop support. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: • Offer onsite and remote help desk support to facilitate smooth operations• Handle the support and installation of PCs and Windows Servers to ensure optimal performance• Oversee the management of IP Telephony, including PBX server, endpoint phones, installation, and support• Conduct network installation and troubleshooting to maintain stable network connectivity• Provide support for various Microsoft 365 Services including Exchange Email, Entra ID, Desktop Apps, SharePoint, OneDrive, Autopilot, Intune, BitLocker, etc.• Monitor and manage computing devices remotely to preempt potential issues• Implement data backup and recovery solutions to safeguard company information• Oversee security management, including endpoint, firewall, email protection, and cloud security• Support Azure Cloud Computing, including Azure Virtual Desktop.
