Job Summary
Roessel Joy is partnering with a large franchising company in their search for an HR Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this seat, you will be assisting the HR team with the administration of all Human Resources tasks. You will need to handle confidential correspondence and possess the ability to exercise a high degree of discretion in handling employee issues. The Human Resources Assistant will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and processes to ensure smooth operations and employee satisfaction.
Position Summary:
- Support the overall HR functions, policies, and procedures within the organization
- Assist with HR recordkeeping including but not limited to mailings and personnel file records
- Assist in maintaining New York Fair Work Week compliance
- Maintain benefit offering and enrollment for ACA compliance
- Submit online investigation requests
- Assist with employee completion of WOTC screening
- Prepare correspondences
- Performs other duties as assigned
Responsibilities
- Work as the Administrative Assistant to the Human Resources Director and CFO.
- Wear many hats in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Perform clerical responsibilities including reviewing legal documents to get signatures, scanning, sending FedEx packages, and ordering office supplies.
- Project-based responsibilities as needed
