Construction Project / Logistics Coordinator
(Full-Time / Mon - Fri / Paramount Office)
$21.00 - $28.00/HR DOE
Saber is GROWING, and we are looking for a dedicated and reliable-champion to join our growing customer care logistics team as a Project Coordinator.
We are looking for someone that is friendly, motivated, loves to smile, and aims to provide excellent customer service. This individual must possess: strong organizational, customer service and time management skills; high attention to and accuracy in detail; proficient computer skills; the ability to troubleshoot; and excellent verbal communication skills. This individual must also be highly comfortable speaking on the phone, and taking a high volume of inbound informational/troubleshooting calls, and outbound calls. This individual must be comfortable meeting and exceeding departments goals and KPIs. Prior experience in customer service or logistics department in construction related field preferred.
This individual will:
- Cheerfully make outbound calls to schedule and confirm product installations and service calls.
- Accurately create and update production crew schedules.
- Act as the liaison between customers, engineers, field inspectors and municipalities.
- Able to read residential building plans, blue prints and various types of engineering reports.
- Cheerfully answer inbound calls and questions on various platforms like messenger and email.
- Multi-task and execute several projects at any given time.
- Constantly review, track, confirm and disposition various tasks through CRM software.
- Process RFI's and produce change orders.
- Become an ambassador of the Saber brand, mission, vision, and values statement.
- Provide World-Class customer service to all external and internal customers.
