LEAD ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER - SPECIAL PROJECTS

Scenic Ridge Company is currently seeking a LEAD ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER - SPECIAL PROJECTS.

Position will lead a growing team in our Special Projects division.

Skill Requirements:

• Selling special projects such as additions, repairs and renovations to new and existing customers.
• Oversees estimating, detailing, purchasing, and project managing groups.
• Minimum two years post high school education or minimum five years’ experience in similarly related Sales position in general construction field.
• Ability to learn in-house computer specialty programs in timely manner to function in position.

Successful applicant will be required to work 8-10 hours in a field environment as needed based on a 45-hour work week.
