What are the responsibilities and job description for the Capital Projects Operations Manager position at STERLING?
Job Purpose:
The Construction Projects Operations Manager has a key administrative role, assisting the capital projects team in managing multiple projects through the entire project lifecycle to ensure they run smoothly and are completed efficiently and effectively.
This role will work directly with Project Managers and key internal and external stakeholders. The Construction Projects Operations Manager will support the team by maintaining various aspects of projects through administrative, accounting, project support, and vendor management tasks. This position will also be responsible for other project-related duties and administrative functions, as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- Proficiency in the English language in reading, writing, and verbal communication.
- Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, construction management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in business or construction administration or a similar discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including SharePoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and meet company insurability requirements.
