Minimum Requirements
Production Standards after 30 days of training
- 2 appointments set per week
Communications
- Shared calendars with Lead Agent, Showing Agent, and Inside Sales Associates
- Complete weekly accountability for activities
- Weekly coaching sessions and script practice
- Attend all team meetings and Sales team meetings
Lead Generation/Lead Follow-up
- All sphere leads entered into CRM
- Update CRM records for all leads for all activities
Job Specific Requirements
Prospecting and Inbound Buyer Leads
- Primary team member responsible for handling all incoming leads
- Logs all leads into CRM
- Sets Consultative Appointments with their Sphere of Influence
- Prospects for buyer leads and listings
- Converts leads into opportunities
- Prospect for new customers...always be prospecting for new customers. Place all sphere contacts in contact management database system (Chime).
- Call past clients and spheres of influence to ask for referrals
- Minimum of 100 contacts made per week after training is completed
- Follow up on new contacts & tracking pipeline of A,B & C
- Practice scripts for 30 minutes in the office each work day
- Memorize/Internalize Scripts Daily
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
