Traffic Control Devices, LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Payroll Administrator to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting in the processing of weekly payroll, including certified payroll for federal contracts, for a growing company.

Job Description:
Traffic Control Devices, LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Payroll Administrator to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting in the processing of weekly payroll, including certified payroll for federal contracts, for a growing company.

- A strong background in certified payroll and construction payroll knowledge
- Process, review and balance weekly payroll
- Ensure payroll transactions are processed correctly for time, earnings and other items
- Various administrative tasks include data entry, scanning, filing, communicating with employees, contractors, and subcontractors, providing pertinent documentation, etc.
- Knowledge of LCP Tracker a plus/preferred
- Proven ability to multi-task and time management skills to consistently meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of most recent experience in a similar role
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Upon offer, employees may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.
- Driver's License preferred, but not required.
