Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist

Via Seating is hiring an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist

to join our team in Sparks, NV!!

Via's AP Specialist is responsible for working with the accounting team to meet customer service standards providing compliance with Via, Inc. policy and appropriate regulatory requirements.  The ideal candidate will take ownership and responsibility over their relationships with the areas of the business that the department supports and the channel partners. 

Via's AP Specialist role includes invoice verification, facilitation and issues resolution, exception management, financial and account analysis, accrual support and special invoice/payment processing. The role requires reasonable experience and understanding of both Accounts Payable processes and Accounting principles.

Via’s Accounts Payable clerk is considered a safety sensitive position.

This is an in-office position working eight hours per day between the hours of 7:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday. 

Pay Range is between $22.00 - $25.00/hour DOE!
