Key Responsibilities:

• Litigation Management: Oversee real estate disputes from pre-litigation through trial, handling boundary disputes, landlord-tenant issues, breach of contract, zoning challenges, and construction defects.
• Pleadings & Motions: Draft and file complaints, answers, motions for summary judgment, and other legal documents. Prepare and respond to discovery requests related to real estate matters.
• Negotiation & Settlement: Lead settlement negotiations with opposing parties to resolve disputes without the need for trial, including mediation and arbitration of real estate conflicts.
