What You’ll Do
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and operations teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Document Management: Organize and maintain records by filing purchase orders, picks, and bills of lading daily for efficient retrieval.
  • Customer Support: Respond to and expedite customer requests, including certifications and credit card payment processing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Front Office Coordination: Manage daily mail distribution and serve as the welcoming face of our company, greeting and assisting visitors professionally.
  • Quotation Support: Prepare and respond to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to support customer inquiries.
  • Reporting: Compile and process customized customer reports in Excel to meet specific business needs.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: 3–5 years in a Sales Administration or Customer Service role preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and responsive approach to support.
    • Familiarity with document management systems and basic reporting techniques.
