Job Purpose
Perform duties too varied and diverse to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation, requiring knowledge of office systems and procedures. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments and may include a combination of answering telephones, data entry, and filing. Associate must have an exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and be a driven. The position will support the Executive Team on all administrative duties in the office.
Tasks
- Operate computers programmed with software to record, store, and analyze information.
- Assist in Human Resource responsibilities
- Perform activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and expensing.
- Check figures and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
- Conduct reconciliation of credit card accounts
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
- Maintain office equipment and internet service in proper operating condition.
- Time entry and labor hour reconciliation for invoicing.
- Inventory and request office supplies
- Organizing meetings and putting together meal orders, reservations, and accommodations for client visits.
- Maintain cleanliness of office space and meeting space for Executive Staff.
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, run errands in company vehicle, maintain calendars for Executive Staff, and receive and distribute incoming mail.
