JOB SUMMARY
Role title: Operational Manager Denmark
Reports to: Country Manager
Reporting line: District Manager, Operational Planning & Recruitment, Facilities Maintenance and Training.
(Reporting lines and structures are subject to change based on organizational growth and evolving business needs).
As an Operational Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations and development of JOE & THE JUICE’s stores in Denmark. You are accountable for all stores adhering to market-specific legal requirements, company policies, and compliance structures. You are expected to have a full financial and operational holistic overview of the market by developing and leading your employees with a commercial mindset, resulting in a strong culture with highly engaged employees.
In the role, you will be working in collaboration with the Country Manager, and District Managers whom you will have direct management- and personal responsibility for. The reporting line also includes Operational Planning & Recruitment, Facilities and Training, in which you will work closely with to ensure the highest standards within the Circle of Operational Excellence.
Your overall success in this position depends on the degree to which you can lead and develop highly engaged District- and Store Managers, where all operational conceptual in-store requirements are followed in order to deliver best-in-class guest experiences turning regular customers into beloved returning guests. Ultimately you are accountable for the District Manager’s meeting their cost budget, reaching their sales targets, and store level profits (SLP).
