Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summery

The role as Talent Acquisition Specialist is a global key player for Joe & the Juice based in our Copenhagen HQ and is part of our Group People & Development department, which includes Talent Acquisition, HR, Compensation & Benefits and People Analytics. Additionally, the role will be having close collaboration with our regional recruiters and People leads. The role will be reporting directly into the Head of Talent Acquisition.

The overall responsibility is to support all markets in our upcoming growth journey ensuring we have the right people with the right skills to ensure the continued success of Joe & the Juice. The role will be responsible for our most important asset: our juicers. From Prospect Juicer to District Manager the role ensures that the markets have the tools and skills to maintain pipeline and quality in our future workforce.

Key Responsibility

• Operational Recruitment including ownership of our AI hiring platform, Sapia
• Working with recruiter communities in the regions to support the efforts of recruiting for current and new stores
• Developing engagement initiatives for the first three months of employees' employment
• Overall responsibility for onboarding structure and initiatives of all new employees in the stores from Prospect Juicer – District Manager level
• Maintenance and further development of the recruitment framework tool "The Recruitment Framework"
• Sparring and mentoring with the recruitment managers in each market
• Lead on all attraction initiatives
• Lead on Employer Branding initiative

Key Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with people initiatives and/or recruitment in particular from retail or hospitality, ideally from mass/volume hiring
• Education from HRM or Communication is a plus
• AI tech savviness
• Strategic and convincing communication skills
• Fluency in English
• People personality enjoying working in a very dynamic environment
• Innovative mindset
• Structured working skills
