We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to drive business growth by managing strategic accounts and expanding our market share in the renewable energy and e-mobility sectors.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, including EPC contractors, system integrators, project developers, utilities, and C&I clients. You will drive sales of our components, products, and services while ensuring that customers receive the best solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in the BESS, Solar, and EV infrastructure sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market penetration.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions from our product and service portfolio.
- Promote and sell components such as inverters, battery modules, power electronics, energy management systems, and EV charging solutions.
- Collaborate with internal technical, engineering, and product teams to develop competitive offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the renewable energy and EV sectors.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development in the renewable energy, energy storage, or EV infrastructure sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar PV, battery storage systems, and EV charging technologies.
- Experience managing key accounts, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and explain complex technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
