Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor / Manager (Mechanical) to oversee mechanical construction activities on a Pharma/Chemical/Biotech project. This role involves managing construction estimates, supporting validation walkdowns, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and driving project success through leadership and collaboration.

The ideal candidate needs to have a valid visa/citizenship to work in Ireland/Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Construction Lead to develop construction management estimates.
• Support validation walkdowns to ensure smooth handover to the client.
• Facilitate and participate in meetings and workshops for project execution and continuous improvement.
• Engage in training and assessment activities relevant to the role.
• Ensure compliance with GMP in all project activities.
• Record and report project changes that may impact budget and schedule.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• 10 years' experience in a Mechanical Construction role, preferably in the Pharma, Chemical, or Biotech industry.
• Proven track record in Mechanical Construction.
• Understanding of ATEX and Hazardous Area Zoning.
• Strong ability to organise, plan, and execute multiple tasks under tight schedules.
