Deli/Fast Food Team Lead - Waterford

Hartley People Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Fast Food Supervisor.

Day to Day Operations will will oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced deli within a busy service station. You will ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service while leading a team to deliver excellent fresh food offerings.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily operations of the deli, including food preparation, stock control, and staff scheduling.
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met in line with HACCP regulations.
• Leading and motivating a team, providing training and development to maintain high service levels.
• Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to control costs.
• Delivering excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and feedback.
• Implementing promotions and menu changes to drive sales and meet targets.
• Ensuring a clean, well-presented deli area at all times.

The Person:

We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Manager who thrives in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a deli, café, or fresh food/fast food retail management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
• A passion for fresh food and customer service.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• A commercial mindset, with experience in stock management and cost control.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and early mornings as required.
