We’re seeking an experienced New Business Development Manager to join a fast-moving, high-performing IT staffing firm. If you have a proven track record of building relationships, landing new accounts, and growing revenue in the IT staffing space, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify, target, and secure new client relationships within mid-market and enterprise-level companies
- Drive outbound sales efforts through cold outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
- Develop customized staffing solutions for client needs across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles
- Work closely with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements
- Track activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM tools
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of business development experience in IT staffing
- Deep understanding of the staffing sales cycle and technical hiring landscape
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
