Customer Success Manager

Location:

• Remote (EST preferred)
• Must be open to travel (potentially once a month) for client meetings if needed

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• 3–5 years in Customer Success, Account/Relationship Management—ideally in SaaS or tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
• Skilled at managing multiple accounts/projects with strong organizational habits.
• Experience or interest in EHS, Sustainability, or ESG is a major plus.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills; comfortable with travel.
