Primary Job Duties
- Develop and execute the marketing communication strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives, including defining target audiences, positioning, and messaging.
- Lead and manage a marketing communication effort across the organization, setting goals, monitoring performance metrics, conducting regular performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and growth.
- Develop and oversee brand management by maintaining a consistent brand identity across all materials and channels, implementing brand guidelines, visual identity, and one voice. Monitor brand perception, conduct market research, and provide recommendations to enhance it. Support the materialization of projects and events for the organization.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, coordinating and optimizing content creation and creative assets across multiple channels.
- Collaborate on digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and leveraging emerging platforms to enhance audience engagement.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry analysts, securing media coverage and acting as a spokesperson in interviews and events. Develop accurate content and distribute monthly press releases, media kits, Op-Eds, and other consistent PR materials to generate positive media exposure.
- Oversee content development, ensuring engaging, persuasive content aligns with brand guidelines and drives engagement. Develop a content strategy and calendar and manage content distribution to drive brand awareness and engagement. Collaborate with subject matter experts and associates to gather information and develop accurate and compelling content.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on KPIs, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Define key performance indicators and track the effectiveness of marketing communications activities. Provide regular reports and analyses to leadership, highlighting campaign performance, market trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on digital market trends and leverage platforms to align with the organization’s goals.
