Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Marketing Specialist to fill this newly created position, who can develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital and traditional marketing, content creation, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote products/services.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts.

• Develop engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

• Manage graphic design and video content (directly or through designers).

• Plan and manage social media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

• Optimize SEO and run Google Ads/PPC campaigns.

• Track and analyze online engagement, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Develop promotional campaigns, including discounts, sponsorships, and partnerships.

• Coordinate print, radio, and online advertising efforts

• Measure ROI and effectiveness of campaigns.

• Monitor marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM software.

• Provide reports and insights to improve future campaigns.

• Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience: 3 years in marketing, preferably in construction related field

Skills:

• Strong writing and communication skills.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, social media management).

• Graphic design skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
