We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
*Duties*
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with data entry tasks
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in customer support or a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other office software
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Clerk or Personal Assistant is a plus

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
