Our award winning, family owned, Community for independent seniors is seeking a positive, compassionate, and outgoing individual for a Front Desk Receptionist position.

Front Desk Assistant responsibilities:
- Professionally answer, respond, and screen incoming calls by the third ring; consistently greet all callers with the company's curated greeting
- Provide various office oriented services and tasks, as directed and needed
- Control and limit access to the community in accordance with company's standards for after hours practices
- Assist residents with their overnight needs; make 911 or other service calls to their care providers
- Clean and organize common areas to provide an attractive, prepared appearance for residents as they come down in the morning
- Process and prepare memos, correspondence, incident reports and work orders
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Intermediate level proficiency with Google Drive apps such as Docs, Sheets & Slides
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products
- Willing and able to self-start, provide consistent work product, and use initiative to create and deliver a reliably organized work environment to the next co-worker
- Strong customer service skills; patient, pleasant, and professional at all times
- Able to work complete work quickly, efficiently and with excellent quality
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift or push 30 pounds
