- Ensure technicians are on schedule and monitor job status.
- Order parts and reschedule technicians as needed.
- Contact suppliers for pricing and manage estimates.
- Follow up with clients on estimates and collect receivables.
- Maintain and organize office files.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Previous office management or related experience is a plus.
