Job Description
The Call Center Representative position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and communication to patients, their families, the healthcare team, and colleagues in a professional manner.
Shift 4 : 30a-2pm, Full-time
Salary : $18 per hour
Job Responsibilities
- Answer inbound telephone calls from patients, families, and healthcare team
- Contribute to a positive patient stay through excellent customer service and anticipating needs
- Resolve customer service concerns, alerting management in a timely manner when escalation is required
- Review and reconcile records for accuracy and compliance with rules and procedures of the appropriate system; resolve discrepancies in records by contacting involved entities to obtain information on the source of discrepancy, and follow through on changing any errors in documentation
- Maintains required departmental records, reports, and files in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Utilize computer software to facilitate meal ordering

Qualifications
Exceptional customer service skills required
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrates organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
Work requires three months of experience in general office support or a customer service role.
