Job Description:

Are you a motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for sales and business development in the staffing industry? We are seeking a dynamic Business Development and Sales Manager to join our team. This is a high-impact, one-person role responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing contracts. Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and other prospecting methods.
  • Obtain and maintain up-to-date contact information for key decision-makers.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Attend trade shows, job fairs, networking events, and community activities to promote services and generate new business leads.
  • Sales Cycle Management:
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including outreach, presentations, negotiations, and contract signing.
  • Develop customized staffing solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue and growth goals.
  • Reporting and Accountability:
  • Track and report sales activities, pipelines, and results to leadership.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the staffing industry.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle independently.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software.
  • Knowledge:
  • In-depth understanding of the staffing and recruiting industry, including market trends and challenges.
  • Other:
  • Willingness to travel frequently to attend events and meet clients.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.

Compensation:

  • Base Pay: Negotiable based on experience.
  • Commission: Competitive, performance-based structure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
