- Attend trade shows, job fairs, networking events, and community activities to promote services and generate new business leads.
- Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, including outreach, presentations, negotiations, and contract signing.
- Develop customized staffing solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue and growth goals.
- Reporting and Accountability:
- Track and report sales activities, pipelines, and results to leadership.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Experience:

- Experience managing the full sales cycle independently.
