Job Title : Human Resources Assistant
Job Description
Seeking an Associate of Human Resources who will work on our Employee Services group. This role involves triaging inquiries and raising issues in accordance with defined processes and procedures, including providing navigational support and answers regarding Workday, payroll, and incident management.
The successful candidate will perform transactions, suggest improvements in Workday, and maintain content in the team’s knowledgebase program.
Proactive communication is key to improve relationships and service levels with staff and Center of Excellence partners.
The role also involves providing superb customer service as measured by Service Level Agreements, supporting and backing up other team members in their daily activities, and managing other assigned activities as necessary.
Hard Skills
- Previous call center customer service experience
- 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or Payroll
- 2 years experience in Customer Service or Shared Services
- Fluency in English and Spanish with effective communication skills both verbally and in written form

Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 13 Weeks.
Work Environment
Hybrid - Mostly remote engagement - Must come into office about once a month (Tampa, FL). Work Schedule : 10 : 00am - 7 : 00pm EST (No flexibility in time)
