What you will be doing:

A District Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining: Guest services, oversees and is accountable for the operations of an established store footprint ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, Connected Home product sales, 

inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs.   

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations, sales, and performance of retail stores in a regional area
  • Will be responsible for 4 – 5 store locations
  • Conduct bimonthly sales meetings with store leads
  • Review store P&L and calculate monthly store bonuses
  • Always maintain strategic recruitment practices to ensure adequate staffing levels in retail stores
  • Monitor sales activities and feedback surveys to ensure customers receive satisfactory service, quality goods, and provide coaching to store leaders as needed
  • Drive sales, operational, and customer service metrics by motivating store leaders, holding them accountable for the performance and behaviors of their teams, and modeling how to provide targeted feedback
  • Work with store leaders to ensure mastery of sales behaviors and resources, customer service capabilities, and deep Connected Home product knowledge, and ensure that the Serve, Solve (Resolve), and Sell method is a part of every customer interaction
  • Use data to identify trends and develop action plans for the team to drive sales and operational performance consistent with Asurion’s Core Values
  • Instruct store leaders on how to handle difficult and complicated situations
  • Conduct ongoing coaching sessions with employees to ensure culture, processes, and activities are aligned with Asurion’s values
  • Conduct quarterly Partnership and Operational store assessments
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with Sr. Leaders to provide updates around overall store performance
  • This position has supervisory responsibilities
  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers/scanners.

  • This is a full-time position. Days of work are typically Monday through Friday with an occasional weekend. Hours of work may vary.
  • Employees must be able to travel up to 25% of their working time
