Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will take ownership of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, hunter mentality to their recruitment approach, coupled with a deep understanding of recruitment and onboarding strategies. Strong communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with both candidates and hiring managers are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews, effectively identifying the best talent for the organization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and updates.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidate qualifications.
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process, creating a positive experience for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent sources.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
Skills and Certifications:
- Experience with SAP Business Processing Systems (preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
