Job Description
Largest used car dealership is looking for candidates with great phone skills to work in our Business Development Center. lf you are looking for a terrific opportunity to begin a successful career, it is the place for you! We are the largest independent dealership in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas. You will find the potential for growth, support and resources to help you professionally. Salary and commission is TBD based on experience. You must be available to work shifts that range from 9:00am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday as well as alternating Saturdays from 9:00 am- 5:00 pm.
JOB Responsibilities:
Understanding all policies and procedures
Ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner
Assisting customers with appointment scheduling
Work with the management team to ensure the best customer experience
Maintain working knowledge of our CRM
Follow up using emails, text messaging, and phone calls
Qualifications:
Must be proficient on phones and computer
Professional and polite demeanor
Friendly and outgoing
Can provide a world class experience to our customers
Call Center And/or Appointment Setting Experience Preferred
Organized, detailed, and has no issues multitasking
Strong team player
Bilingual is a strong plus
