Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish Speaking) Receptionist at our White Plains office. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent client service, answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, performing clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry, and maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in basic computer skills and software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
