What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Barr Residential and Development?
We are currently hiring for a part time site property manager of an apartment complex located in Carrollton, Ohio.
The site manager is responsible for the day to day site operations which include but are not limited to:
- Rent Collection
- Handling Resident concerns
- Overseeing site staff
- Reporting to regional manager
- Work Orders
- Submitting invoices in a timely fashion and making sure vendors complete their work on time and properly.
- Meet or exceed company standards
- Prior property management experience preferred but not required.
