What We Are Looking For
Baylor University is seeking a Graduate Enrollment Coordinator who will support the mission of the university by managing a prospective student pipeline for the Online MBA (OMBA) program. This position’s incumbent will systematically build relationships with potential candidates, nurturing their interest through targeted engagement, and guiding them through the admissions process.
A Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant work experience are required. A Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant work experience are preferred.
A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong Excel skills to effectively organize, analyze, and visualize data
- Previous experience in customer service-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to establish rapport in a professional manner across phone, email, and video conference
- Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Ability to work in and contribute to a team
- Problem solving skills

What You Will Do
- Maintain consistent contact with prospective students through phone calls, email campaigns, and personal outreach
- Provide accurate program information to prospective students about degree requirements, an online learning environment, career outcomes, tuition costs, scholarship opportunities, and the Baylor culture
- Encourage applicants to complete an application, by assisting them with the application process
- Utilize the online admissions platform Slate to maintain accurate student records; to make daily calls, to schedule appointments, and to query for needed information
- Analyze recruitment data collected in Slate to identify trends within the student pipeline and to make recommendations for improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the recruitment and admissions of students to the program
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
- Ability to comply with university policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
