We are seeking a Full-Time Administrative Position in our Manhattan Office. Roles and Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet visitors
Maintain calendars, coordinate meetings and assist with company functions
Reserve overnight stays and assist with fleet tracking and maintenance
Project and Employee database maintenance, spreadsheet data entry and communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, contacts and other correspondence
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Mail and distribution
Order supplies
Assist multiple departments with varying needs
Skills Needed:

Requirements:
High School Diploma
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
