Job Summary for BDC Internet Sales Specialist: We are looking for a BDC Internet Sales Specialist! The right candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to successfully educate customers on our product and feature offerings.

Responsibilities of BDC Internet Sales Specialist:

• Build and Maintain relationships with our clients, peers and other Gengras employees
• Respond to Internet Sales Leads
• Answer incoming Sales calls
• Sell Appointments for the Dealership
• Arrange Appointments for Sales and post to the CRM
• Follow-up on all Internet Leads, and all inbound sales inquiries from previous day, week, and month with company processes
• Data Input in the CRM

Nature of Client Contact for BDC Internet Sales Specialist:

• High level of direct client contacts via telephone, internet, email and/or text
• Ongoing product knowledge

Qualifications for BDC Internet Sales Specialist:

• Able to sit for extended periods of time
• Able to perform fine motor functions like typing, filing, using a calculator
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Able to adapt well to periodic changes
• Ability to follow direction, scripts and templates
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
• Sufficient reading skills to read, analyze, and interpret general business platforms
• Mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions shared in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
