Keeping all the finacial book for the company. Doing payroll, A/R, A/P, G/L, Taxes, etc....
- Must be proficient in Quick Books Pro
- Document procedures in a clear organized manner
- Full cycle bookkeeping including
- AP/AR - proactively resolving old AP & AR balances
- Reconciliations - leave no balance sheet account behind! Old outstanding checks & deposits?
- Payroll rec
- Budgets
- Understand, analyze and present financials
- Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard office procedures
- Upload employee payroll and 940 and 941 reports
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
