$19.39 - $29.09 an hour - Full Time, Weekdays. 40 hours a week.
Boulder Community Health is seeking a HR Assistant to provide administrative support in the Human Resources and Employee Health offices, providing secretarial and clerical support to both departments.

Qualifications
High school or equivalent preferred. Some post high school human resources and/or business courses preferred.
Two to three years' office experience preferred.
Previous experience in a medical and/or Human Resource setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
Onboards all new hires. Collects appropriate licensure, I9 documents and ensures all paperwork is complete.
Completes everify process.
Completes initial new hire data entry into HR system.
Creates new hire ID badges and transfer badges.
Sends out earning detail letters each pay period to separated staff.
Communicates ID badge details to security and food service.
Uploads employee documents into Electronic Filing System.
Troubleshoots problems with office equipment; calls repair services when necessary. This includes regular maintenance such as adding toner to printer or changing drum for fax machine in the HR Office
Orders all office supplies for the HR department.
Assists with data collection for regulatory audits.
Runs monthly reports as directed by HR manager.
Provides administrative support to Director of Human Resources.
Copies employee files when requested by HR manager or director or benefits manager.
Updates HR and EH department emergency call list.
Keeps master Emergency Preparedness manuals current.
Sends greeting cards, fruit baskets, etc. to employees as appropriate.
Provides general clerical support for HR staff as needed.
Povides backup coverage for other department HR Assistants
Complete special projects or other duties as assigned.
Audits Employee Health records as delegated.
