Springdale Apartment Community seeking to hire a full time maintenance technician with proven track record . Experience in HVAC, Pool maintenance, Apartment Make Ready and appliance repair preferred. Pay based upon experience. Great team spirit needed!
Must be able to take on call and live within 20 minutes radius. Apartment rent discount available.
Medical insurance available after completion of 60 days employment.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
