Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of construction projects to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Analyze project schematics and documentation to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to develop quality improvement plans.
- Monitor construction processes, including hardscape installation, roofing, flooring installation, stucco application, concrete finishing, and painting.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions taken.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to construction quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the construction industry with a focus on quality improvement.
