We are looking for a skilled and motivated Internal Automotive Reconditioning Manager to oversee our recon/customization operations. In this role, you will manage a team of 5-8 technicians, ensuring projects are efficiently completed while meeting the company's quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive painting process, as well as proven leadership and management abilities.
As the Internal Reconditioning Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating daily workflows, overseeing inspections, repairs, detailing, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. You will also implement quality control measures to maintain high standards and minimize rework, and manage inventory while fostering a productive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of 5-8 reconditioning technicians.
- Coordinate daily reconditioning schedules, ensuring timely turnaround of vehicles.
- Oversee inspections, diagnostics, repairs, to meet company quality standards.
- Monitor inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock and ordering as needed.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure vehicles meet safety and aesthetic standards.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to prioritize vehicle reconditioning based on business needs.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to improve skills and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive repair, maintenance, or reconditioning.
- Leadership experience with a track record of managing teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle reconditioning processes, including mechanical repairs, cosmetic work.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and safety regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR A INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE
- High School Diploma, GED
- Associates degree preferred
- 3 years experience in the automotive accessory industry
- 2-3 years experience with: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook),QuickBooks Enterprise and Google Drive preferred
