The Construction Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure the efficient and timely completion of construction projects. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to assist in coordinating all aspects of a project, from initial planning and procurement to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Coordinate project logistics, including material deliveries, equipment rentals, and subcontractor schedules.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, change orders, permits, and inspection reports.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project reports, including status updates, risk assessments, and budget tracking.
- Troubleshoot any issues or delays and help implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate project meetings and take notes, ensuring all action items are tracked and completed.
- Provide administrative support to construction.
- Process invoices, handle pay applications, putting draw packages together.
