CM Manufacturing an Aerospace Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced A/P and Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including, answering phones, scanning, emailing, data entry.
- maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- perform data entry and scan documents
- assist in managing company calendar in outlook
- All A/P duties including but not limited to: Running reports, receiving and Invoicing in MRP system and Quick Books, Purchase Orders, Charge Backs
- assist in resolving any administrative problems concerning invoices, pack lists.
- answer and routing of calls from customers / vendors regarding their inquiries
- Support in maintaining office supplies
- Contract Review
- Inventory Control; Process Parts Transfer Tickets & verify inventory with JobBoss
- Any other tasks required by immediate supervisor, or other managers as needed Qualifications:· Knowledge of Purchase Orders, receiving and invoicing. (Knowledge and use of MRP system desirable)
- · use of multi-line phone system
- · High School Diploma or GED · 2 years of hands on administrative support experience · proficiency in Quick Books, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must · knowledge of operating standard office equipment · excellent communication skills – written and verbal · ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
- Good research skills, organization skills and attention to detail a must.
- Hours are Monday through Thursday 6:30AM to 5:00PM.
- 3/4 Medical, 401K. offered after 60 day probation period.
- Back ground check required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
