- Complete onboarding and hiring processing for new hires
- Ensure required documentation is in Document Manager for the new hire (application, disclosures, background checks)
- Communicates with applicant to ensure they have information and access to the HRIS
- Conducts onboarding appointments- collects hire paperwork, verifies I-9 documents, employment verificationÂ
- Completes appropriate state required background check and reference checks
- Enters new employee in Electronic Training SystemÂ
- Schedules new hires for hepatitis B vaccine or TB test, as applicableÂ
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation in electronic Document Manager
- Supports HR Business Partner with unemployment and workers compensation practices
- Collaborates with quality management team with internal and external audits of employee files
- High School Diploma or equivalentÂ
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalÂ
- Proficiency with technologyÂ
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively handle highly sensitive and personal information with sound judgment, tact, and discretion.Â
- Basic knowledge of requirements around employment eligibilityÂ
- Occasional travel may be requiredÂ
- Human Resources experience preferred
