Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Information Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our clients and internal teams. Your expertise in IT support, computer management, and customer service will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across various platforms.
Duties
- Provide customer service by phone and in-person
- Reset passwords in Active Directory
- Enroll mobile devices in DUO
- Install software on Windows and Mac devices
- Assist customers with mobile devices (iPhones and iPads)
- Troubleshooting issues such as audio/microphone issues, failed software installs, VPN, etc
- Answer questions about Google Workspace
- Direct customers to the IT Service Portal
Experience
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in computer management and familiarity with various operating systems.
- IT Service Desk knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Customer service knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals.
