Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will collaborate as needed across the HR organization and with business partners across several key aspects of HR i.e. Recruitment, onboarding, LOA, Compliance, training as well as HR analytics. Will be responsible for several HR related processes requiring a high degree of confidentiality, HRIS system proficiency working across multiple departments, functions, and business partners. The desired candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management. As needed, the position will support payroll and benefits activities.

Responsibilities
- Identify, leverage, and integrate current technology in order to increase effectiveness of internal and external HR communication.
- Performs a variety of tasks to ensure support is provided across the business for Recruitment and Onboarding of new associates
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements and maintain records, i.e., LOA and other areas of HR compliance.
- Content expert regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Build and coordinate activities within HR to implement and communicate clear and efficient processes
- May manage vendor relationships related to specific projects to ensure alignment and integrity of the vendor relationship Influence
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Min 5 years of Human Resources or equivalent combination of related degree and experience.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with an ability to distill information to the clearest points
- Understanding technical terminology that relates to business environment/information technology systems
- Possess excellent judgment and an ability to balance multiple tasks
- Personable, with ability to finesse a situation and build consensus among business partners
- Proficient with data management and reporting (able to define, gather and synthesize data from multiple sources to produce analysis)
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Thorough attention to detail with excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must be a team player
- Proficient with Word, Excel, MS Project, Visio, Outlook, Microsoft Project and SharePoint and PowerPoint
