Responsibilities:
· Provide support for legal, insurance, risk, and corporate functions, collaborating with internal and external teams.
· Prepare the annual Franchise Disclosure Document and ensure franchisee compliance.
· Monitor and update monthly legal expenses and administer garnishments.
· Oversee document management and filing within the Legal Department.
· Research and handle various corporate affairs.
